Return, Cancellation, Exchange, Refund & Payments Policy
- Only damaged items are accepted for return. A video of the package being opened is required for returning the product.
- Return or exchange an item, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure the item is in its original condition, with the price tag and clear poly bag intact, and include the original invoice. Your refund will be initiated once we have received the item in accordance with our conditions. You will receive the refund within 7 business days, as per bank policy.
- You can cancel your order before it's shipped out. Once it's shipped, you can't cancel it, but you can refuse to accept it upon delivery. If you return the product to our warehouse, we'll refund you, deducting the shipping and Cash On Delivery (COD) charges. We'll process the refund within 2 business days of receiving the goods. You can choose to get the refund credited to your wallet or as a redeemable coupon right away, or it can be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your preference and the bank's processing time.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, let us know within 24 hours by emailing us at santhiyafashions@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +91 9787595596. You should send the return package to below mentioned address and either replace the item (if available) or give you a full refund without COD charges and Shipping Charges. For other returns, you'll need to send the product back to us at your own cost.
- Once we receive the returned product and check its quality, we'll give you an Online Store Credit (usable only online) or process a refund.
- Please note that cash refunds aren't available for sale or discounted items. Instead, we'll give you an Online Store Credit equal to the price paid. Refunds for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases will also be in the form of Online store credit.
- Discount coupons can't be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
- Refunds for Fresh Merchandise will be credited to your bank account within the time specified by the bank. We reserve the right to process refunds based on the product's quality check.
- Shipping and COD charges aren't refundable.
