Return, Cancellation, Exchange, Refund & Payments Policy

  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of your order's delivery. When returning or exchanging items, please ensure that they are in their original condition, with the price tag and clear poly bag intact, and include the original invoice.

  • Only damaged items are accepted for return. A video of the package being opened is required for returning the product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor variations in color or fabric texture, as slight differences may occur due to photography or screen settings.
  • To process an exchange, we require a product unboxing video as per our policy. Once we receive the complaint along with the required video, we will initiate the exchange immediately. The replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days, based on our shipping partner's timeline.

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped. Once the shipping process has started, cancellations won’t be possible—but don’t worry, you can still choose to refuse the delivery when it arrives. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, we’ll start your refund process after deducting the shipping and COD charges. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days after we get the product. Depending on what works best for you, we can either credit the amount to your Santhiya Fashions wallet, send you a redeemable coupon right away, or refund it to your original payment method. If you choose the original payment method, the amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days, based on your bank’s processing time.

  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us promptly via email at santhiyafashions@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for a return pickup and offer to replace the items (subject to availability) or issue a full refund. For returns other than damaged or incorrect items, you will need to ship the product back to the return address at your own expense.
  • Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we will provide you with a Santhiya Fashions Online Store Credit (redeemable online only) or process a refund.

  • Please note that cash refunds are not available for sale items or discounted products. Instead, we will issue an Online Store Credit of equal value to the price paid. Refunds for Cash On Delivery (COD) transactions will also be processed in the form of Online store credit.

  • Discount coupons are non-transferable and hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
  • Please be aware that there are no return or exchange options available for socks, Inner wears, Under wears and boxers.

  • Refunds for Fresh Merchandise will be credited to the customer's bank account within the time frame stipulated by the bank. Santhiya Fashions reserves the right to process refunds based on the product's quality inspection.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
